1962, the University has been facilitating staff training and development programmes which were mainly domiciled with the Management of the institution in general but in particular with the Vice-chancellor, Registrar and the Head, Staff Training and Development Unit.<\/span><\/p><p>The Unit has a dedicated building and facilities at its present location, opposite the Faculty of Science Complex which was commissioned in 1999 by the then Lagos State Governor (Colonel then) Major-General Buba Marwa (Rtd) after a complete overhaul of the existing structures, mandate appraisal as well as
